I have proudly served on the Riviera Village Business Improvement District Advisory Board for 15+ years, I also was a Redondo Beach Public Works Commissioner then followed by becoming a Redondo Beach City Council Member. I consider myself lucky to be a self-employed small business owner who has acquired the talent for being able to listen to opposing sides of a situation and facilitate a mutual positive solution. I am the candidate who will build consensus in the community on the tough issues and bring people together to move our city forward.

As your next Mayor I will:

• Keep public safety in the City of Redondo Beach a priority.
• Improve our Business Districts (Riviera Village, Pier/Boardwalk, North Redondo & others).
• Enhance public art like city utility box art wraps, mosaic art projects & more.
• Develop environmentally conscious policies in the city to increase energy efficiencies.
• I will be supportive of our seniors, youth and business community.
• I will work with our schools to form effective partnerships.
